This is where our integrated test systems, which are based on an interconnection of our standard modules according to customer requirements. All components are matched with each other and can be combined with each other as well as with various production systems. Scanners, marking systems and many other functions can be integrated without problems.

1. There are standard carriers on the reflow conveyor, 3-Axes Scara will pick & place the carrier from the conveyor onto workstation.

2. When fxiture detected the device, they will scan the barcode and follow by testing.

3. The relevant processes test data will be saved or sent to MES if required.
