1. 4-Axes Scara LD/UL the devides from blister tay (140pcs/tray).
2. Reflow conveyor will transfer the carrier with devices to AOI station for inspection.
3. Classify 4 types of NG devices on designated trays.
4. The PASS devices will load into the customer standard tray.
5. Auto fill up the NG Tray with empty cavity.
6. This system consists of scara, reflow line, AOI, OK & NG stations.
1. CCD Camera after captured the device image will feedback to 4-Axes Scara to compensate the device position and angle for visual inspection.
2. There is a centrelized controller system for Scara & AOI.
